The Marriott Hotel was trying out a new concept restaurant that was being tested in their South San Francisco location near the SF Airport. They wanted to take their restaurant from a generic hotel restaurant to a destination property that hotel guests and local alike came to dine. The overhaul included a completely revised menu, redesigning the interior and of course, branding it all. Logo-embossed leather mounted to aluminum sheet metal made for a unique menu design that set the tone for the dining experience.
