
U.S. News & World Report Ads
Each year, U.S. News & World Report puts out their list of best children's hospitals. Within my first few months at CHLA, it was announced that we made the honor roll and were ranked in the top 10 nationally for the second year in a row. Just coming off a politically tumultuous and difficult rebranding, the marketing team needed a quick win that everyone in the hospital could support. I concepted and produced this ad within an hour of the announcement. It won board approval, various health care ad awards and more importantly was a unifying moment for our fledgling department and the rest of the hospital.
For the next few years, we continued on using a play on words to illustrate our streak of continual recognition as one of the top pediatric hospitals in the country.
