CHLA Imagine TV Special
For years, Children's Hospital Los Angeles produced an hour long TV special dedicated to telling the stories of our patients. We had a celebrity host - Jessica Capshaw in this case - that would narrate and guide the viewer through our halls and into the lives of these courageous children. The special would also serve as a fundraising vehicle to raise money
to help serve our kids. In 2014, the special
was nominated and won an Emmy Award.
I was executive producer on this project -
onset ensuring tone and message were on
point as well as playing an integral role in
the editing and approval process.
